Who is behind Ondernemingsrecht in Nederland?

Ondernemingsrecht in Nederland is part of the ten legal websites under the trade name jurismedia.nl by Van der Spoel Development. The business form is a sole proprietorship. Chamber of Commerce number: 89615395. You can reach us via redactie@jurismedia.nl.

The ondernemingsrechtinnederland.nl platform focuses on corporate law. The company organizes the website; any lawyer or other professional you engage is responsible for their own services. The platform is not a law firm.

The joint trade name does not change the fact that each site has its own subject matter and legal area. In the editorial information read about the method. Via About Jurismedia and this platform you will find the complete overview of policy and information pages.

Where do we stand on the five principles?

We use the Code Sociale Ondernemingen as a guide. This is our own explanation, not an external assessment or declaration of full compliance. We do not claim inclusion in the Register Sociale Ondernemingen.

  1. Mission — described, further develop assurance. Our social mission is available. Van der Spoel Development is a sole proprietorship and has no articles of association. The mission is therefore not laid down in the articles of association. A mission and policy document can further elaborate goals and decision-making, but does not replace statutes.
  2. Measurement — measurement framework available, results still to be substantiated. We describe intended changes. A baseline measurement and annual report with method, measurement period and results have not yet been published here.
  3. Stakeholders — groups appointed, further develop structural dialogue. Visitors and professionals can share signals. That does not yet prove that they have a structural influence on important decisions. A stakeholder analysis and feedback on input received are still missing from the public overview.
  4. Finances — income explained, policies and figures supplemented. Our income comes from renting advertising space, including white label. An established financial policy and overview of expenditure, remuneration and result allocation have not yet been published here. We do not claim a fixed reinvestment rate or statutory profit cap.
  5. Transparency — information bundled, expanding accountability. Organization, working methods and reporting routes have been made accessible. Established policy documents, financial information and impact reports remain necessary to further substantiate ambitions.

Read our Our social mission and the Social results and improvements for more explanation.

How do we earn money and what do we account for?

The legal websites under Jurismedia earn exclusively from renting out advertising space. This also includes white label agreements. An advertiser pays for agreed space and presentation; that is not a legal approval or guarantee of the quality of a service.

The space near the callback widget is rented by VDS International S.A., Panama, folio number 155777850. The placement says 'Advertisement'. The Advertising and white label explains this role. The name of a tenant of advertising space does not in itself prove who handles a request for assistance or receives personal data.

The revenue model is described here; an annual financial overview is something else. No audited amounts for income, costs, remuneration, private withdrawals or resources for the mission have yet been published here. We therefore do not mention expenditure ratios or percentages that are not substantiated.

A future financial explanation must be appropriate for a sole proprietorship and make it clear to which period, company or websites the figures relate. It should also become clear how social goals are taken into account in commercial decisions.

How do we want to investigate social impact?

For corporate law, we mainly want to know whether the explanation helps people to better understand a situation and to prepare specific questions. Making an article available, visiting it and a change in a visitor are different results.

We want to investigate where visitors get stuck, whether tools are useful and what improvements result from reports. This includes a measurement period, a repeatable method, selection of participants and limitations. An increasing number of visitors is not proof that a legal problem has been solved.

Social results and improvements contains the current framework. No annual impact report with a baseline measurement has yet been published here. A future report should also show missing data and disappointing findings.

Who should have a voice?

The groups involved include entrepreneurs, directors, shareholders and people who manage a company, as well as editorial staff, legal professionals and technical or commercial partners. Their interests may differ: understandable explanations, careful data processing, recognizable advertisements and a sustainable organization each require attention.

You can share a question or proposal via Contact Jurismedia, report an error via the Editorial policies and corrections or file a Report complaints. Do not share unnecessary confidential documents.

These routes do not yet constitute a formal participation or independent complaints committee. A further stakeholder approach must describe who contributes ideas, about what, how often and what influence the input has. A decision not to adopt a proposal also requires an understandable explanation.

What information and documents are available?

A text version on a web page is not a date of legal approval or external review. New documents should have a clear person responsible, date, status and period. We do not present missing substantiation here as completed work.
