Terms and Conditions and Website Usage

Clear agreements about the information, tools and contact options of this platform.

Text version · Concept, not yet established

1. Who offers the platform?

Ondernemingsrecht in Nederland is part of the ten legal websites under the trade name jurismedia.nl of Van der Spoel Development. The business form is a sole proprietorship. Chamber of Commerce number: 89615395. You can reach us via redactie@jurismedia.nl.

This draft text describes the use of Ondernemingsrecht in Nederland. Additional agreements may apply to individual services; these must be explained to the relevant service. For paid advertising space, the assignment, price and duration are agreed separately.

2. What do we offer?

The platform offers general information about Dutch corporate law rules and tools for orientation and preparation. The explanation is not personal legal advice and the editors do not deal with an individual case. A tool, calculation, checklist or AI answer does not provide a guaranteed outcome.

Whether information applies to your situation depends, among other things, on the facts, the process phase and the current rules. Have important choices and deadlines checked by an attorney or other qualified professional.

3. What does a callback request mean?

A contact request via the platform is free of charge. An application is not yet an accepted matter, appointment or assignment to a lawyer. Contact depends, among other things, on the question and the availability of appropriate help.

A lawyer will make agreements with you about assistance, costs and any subsidized legal assistance. Submitting a contact request free of charge does not mean that all further legal services are free. In case of emergency, you can also contact a lawyer directly.

4. Careful use and rights of others

Use the website and forms for the purpose for which they are provided. Please provide correct contact information and do not use the features to harass others, bypass security, or send unwanted messages. Do not share data or documents that you are not authorized to share.

You can read our public information and use the downloads offered for your own preparation. Permission may be required for republication or other reuse of protected texts, design or media. Legal options, such as citing within the applicable conditions, continue to exist. Rights to third party material remain with the relevant rights holder.

5. Current events, availability and errors

Information, rules and technical features are subject to change. A page may contain an error or incompleteness and a function may be temporarily unavailable. Report a problem via the Report complaints or Contact Jurismedia.

This text does not exclude statutory rights and does not constitute a general exclusion of any liability. Any liability will be assessed based on the applicable law and the specific circumstances.

6. Privacy, complaints and changes

For personal data the Privacy Statement applies, and for cookies the Cookies and privacy choices. Visiting the website does not constitute consent for tracking. A terms and conditions page in the footer does not automatically make all terms and conditions part of every separate agreement.

The version indication on this page makes changes recognizable. A new text does not automatically change existing individual agreements. Mandatory legal rights of visitors and consumers remain valid.
